Most Hello Whimzee items are made-to-order, so processing times may vary depending on the item, design, and customization details.

Shipping times begin after your order has been created and shipped. Once your order is with the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary and are outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Hello Whimzee is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us with your order number and we will do our best to help.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
