Identify your uploaded graphics or patch references and tell us how to arrange them on the front of your hat. Include exact wording, colors, and any custom instructions. Side or back designs and specialty extras need a quote before ordering.

Create a custom hat with your image, business logo, wording, or a patch design. Choose the style, color, and number of front graphics or patches.

Hat styles and starting prices

Foam, canvas, ponytail, youth, and toddler hats: $15 with one front graphic or patch.
Vintage trucker hat with faux suede brim: $18 with one front graphic or patch.
Printed mesh trucker hat: $25 with one front graphic or patch.
A second front graphic or patch adds $5. A third adds $10 to the starting price.

Youth and toddler are separate smaller hat options. Adult foam, canvas, ponytail, printed mesh, and vintage styles use an adjustable fit. The color menu includes only combinations set up for each style; check your selection before ordering.

These prices cover standard front customization. Chains, pins, rhinestones, specialty patches, large layered designs, and side or back placement need a separate quote. Uploading a patch photo is a design reference and does not include custom patch manufacturing.

Hats are made to order. Colors and specialty blanks depend on availability; contact us first if a particular color or patch is essential. Screen colors and handmade results may vary slightly. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
